THE DENIM TREND

It is time to find my denim jacket in the back of my closet! One of the biggest trends right now is the denim trend. It is seen everywhere, both on tumblr, instagram, other blogs and in the streets. You should definitely try to go for the denim-on-denim look (like the picture in the left corner). I think I have to do some shopping and on the top of list is the denim skirt from Zara. What a beauty!

GANNI HIGH SUMMER COLLECTION

Last week I visited Noise PR's showroom to take a look at the high summer/ pre-fall collections. My eyes immediately caught these beautiful sandals from Ganni. I have to buy them, when they hit stores in April. 

MANGO SURFER GIRL

Jeg er faldet pladask for Mango's "Surfer Girl" kollektion. Den skriger på sommer, sol og strand med de lækreste prints og blå/hvide farver. Hele kollektionen kan shoppes her til yderst overkommelige priser. 

I'm crazy about Mango's new "Surfer Girl" collection. It is the epitome of summer, sun and beach with the hottest prints and blue/white colors. The entire collection can be purchased here for extremely affordable prices.

TREND REPORT

Foråret står for alvor for døren, og jeg er så småt ved at forberede mig på lidt højere temperaturer og ikke mindst de lækre forårstendenser. To af de fedeste tendenser lige pt. er "The lace detail" og "Criss cross sandals". Hvad er jeres favorit tendenser dette forår?

Spring is truly upon us, and I'm starting to prepare myself at slightly higher temperatures and all the amazing spring trends. Two of the hottest trends right now are "The lace detail" and "Criss Cross sandals." What are your favorite trends this spring?

SLIPPERS & LOAFERS

De to største skotendenser lige pt. slippers og loafers. Jeg elsker, hvordan de hver især kan tilføje enten noget mere feminint eller maskulint til dit outfit. Jeg har fundet to par fra & Other Stories, som jeg synes rammer plet. 

Some of the biggest shoe trends at the moment are slippers and loafers. I love how easy they can add either something more feminine or masculine to your outfit. I have found two pairs from & Other Stories, which I think is spot on.

IRO SS14

Nu nærmer foråret sig med hastige skridt, og derfor er det også på tide at begynde at se lidt på den næste sæsons kollektioner. En af de kollektioner jeg er særligt vild med, er Iro's SS14 kollektion. Den er primært holdt i sorte og hvide toner, men enkelte farver såsom denimblå og rød sniger sig også ind. Hele kollektionen er meget enkel, og fokus er holdt på fine silhuetter og enkle mønstre og udskæringer. Ovenfor ser I mine to favoritlooks fra kollektionen, men hvis I er nysgerrige efter mere, er resten af kollektionen at se på deres hjemmeside lige her! 

It's soon spring, and therefore it's time to take a look at the collections for the next season. One of the collections I'm particularly interested in is Iro's SS14 collection. The collection is primarily based on white and black tones, but there are also a few colors such as denimblue and red. The entire collection is very simple, and the focus is kept on fine silhouettes and simple patterns and carvings. I'M CURRENTLY LOVING...

Jeg er helt vild med alle de nålestriber der er i modebilledet lige for tiden. Jeg har kastet min kærlighed på Stella McCartney A/W 13 kollektionen, da den er det perfekte match mellem maskulinitet og femininitet. Hun bruger de smukke striber på alverdens tænkelige måder. Dog synes jeg også, at både Vanessa Bruno og 3.1 Phillip Lim har lavet nogle rigtig flotte kollektioner med nålestriber. Som noget nyt vil jeg begynde at oversætte mine indlæg til engelsk også, så der er flere der kan følge med. Hvad synes I om den idé?

I'm currently loving all the pinstripes, as we see in every magazine at the moment. I have threw my love on the Stella McCartney A/W 13 collection, as it is the perfect match between masculinity and femininity. She uses the beautiful stripes in all sorts of imaginable ways. However, I also think that both Vanessa Bruno and 3.1 Phillip Lim have made some really nice collections with pinstripes. As something new, I will begin to translate my posts into English too, so everyone can understand what I'm writing. Do you think that's a good idea?
